Who we are
BeyondLabs builds AI agents for Indian MSMEs. This notice covers the details you share with us through this website. You can reach us at hello@beyondtech.in.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you choose to give us:
- Your name, business or firm name, work email and phone or WhatsApp number
- What you are looking for, when you want to start, and your message
We also count visits to this website in an anonymous way: the page viewed, the site you came from, your country, and a scrambled code made from your connection and browser that changes every day, so we can count unique visitors without recognising you over time. We do not store your IP address, and this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
If you tap the WhatsApp button, your chat with us happens on WhatsApp and Meta's own privacy terms apply.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and visit counts are stored in a database run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Only the BeyondLabs team can see them, through a password-protected admin page.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to work with us, to plan the engagement. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in conversation with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you shared, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance. Email hello@beyondtech.in and we will respond.
Client data
Data we handle while building and running agents for a client is covered by our agreement and NDA with that client, not by this notice.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
