What does BeyondLabs do?

We are a forward-deployed AI lab for MSMEs. Our engineers sit with your team, build AI agents into the tools you already use, and keep them running.

How are you different from software or consultants?

A consultant leaves a plan and software leaves you to set it up. We build working agents inside your business and stay to run and improve them.

Who do you work with?

Manufacturers, traders, distributors, exporters and service businesses where work repeats and cash moves slowly.

Will the AI message my customers on its own?

Not at the start. A person approves every outward message during the pilot. Agents act alone only on low-risk tasks, and only when you decide.

How soon will we see results?

The first agent usually goes live within about five weeks of the discovery visit, working with real customers and real data.

Do we need an in-house tech team?

No. We build, connect and run the agents. If you want your team to take over later, we train them.

Is our data safe, and who owns what you build?

Agents connect only to the systems and data you approve, and we can work inside your environment. Your data is used only to run your agents. We sign an NDA, every action is logged, and you own the prompts, rules and workflows we build.
